Want More Organic Reach? Try a Video

You’ve heard it here before, and you’ve probably heard it from other sources, as well:  Video is great for engagement on social media. Sharing new arrivals and DIY tips via video are great ways to educate customers while also entertaining them. But did you know that even your Facebook Ads can be made more engaging with video?
Image ads are a great way to encourage action to customers and potential customers, but you also have the opportunity to swap those images out for video with video ads. We’ve got everything you need to know about video ads in this week’s Crystal Media TV:

Just go to “Create Ads,” then click on “Video Views” to create your video ad inside the ads platform.

Have additional questions about video ads on Facebook? Leave them in the comment section below!

This question is completely unrelated to Facebook ads, so prepare yourself! I use Instagram as a platform for social media exposure (in addition to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.). My problem is this: Somehow I have been accumulating a huge audience of people/businesses that I am following on Instagram, even though I have never authorized (clicked) to follow them! Don’t be confused…these are people that I am following, not those who are following me! I’m following over 1,000 different people/businesses that I have never heard of! Most of them are people/products that I don’t want to appear on my business’ stream. What’s happening?! P.S. I missed your webinar last week…even the opportunity to listen to it afterward…because I was sick. Is there any way I can still listen to it? Thanks!

Hi Debbie! Is there a chance you signed up for a service that follows people for you? This activity seems strange and only possible if you synced with a following service, your actively follow people (sounds like that’s not the case), or someone else has your log in and is following people for you? For the webinar, make sure you’re on our email list to know about upcoming events and you can check in on this page: http://www.crystalmediaco.com/webinars. We have one coming up this Thursday at 9am PST; 12pm EST. Thanks Debbie!
