1. Check your email. An email titled, “Welcome to Social Edge! (save this email)” will be sent to you shortly after payment is received. Please check your Spam folder if you do not see it right away. This email will contain your log in information and steps to getting started, so be sure to store it and share it with anyone on your staff that might be using Social Edge too.
2. Receipt from Crystal Media. You’ll receive an email receipt from Crystal Media within 24 hours of purchasing Social Edge. If you subscribed to a monthly membership you will be billed on the same day each month (Example: Signed up March 12th, 2016. Next automatic payment will be April 12th, 2016). If you subscribed to a yearly membership you will automatically renew and be charged one year from your membership. There are no contracts so you can cancel at anytime. Please refer to the FAQ and Support page to learn how to cancel your membership, which you may do so at any time.
