Crystal Media Live, Episode 9: Community Events

This episode is part of a four-part series on competing with big box stores called Giving Online Stores a Run for Their Money.

Hosting or participating in local community events is a great way to drive foot traffic into your store. If you’ve been hosting your own events, we encourage you to take it a step further and join a community event.

Does your town participate in First Friday? Is there a local Farmer’s Market you can leverage? When you join a community event you are able to leverage other local businesses social media and email list, all while creating something fun and unique for your local customers.

What are you doing to stand out in your community? Do you participate in local community events? Share with us in comments below.

Be sure to catch new episodes every Monday at 10 a.m PST on our Facebook Page. Replays will be available on the blog each week.
