Here’s a question from last month that retailers were buzzing about:
Retailer Question:
I use my phone 100% for photos. The photos save in my Gallery. But what a mess trying to find pics. Does anyone have a process for organizing photos? I’d like to be able to save to specific folders, ie “flowers”, “gourmet grocery”, “events”, etc.
Crystal Media’s Answer:
As soon as I take a picture I know I’ll need to reference in the future, I’ll save the image to the correct album to be able to find it more easily when I’m ready to post. See image for directions.
You can also search in an iPhone camera roll. When in your photo library, select the search button on the bottom right and search for keywords (such as flower, dogs, the location) or dates you know the photo was taken.
Your iPhone can pick up on any text in an image which is helpful. Let’s say I took a photo of a can of Campbell’s soup a year ago and searched the word “Campbell”. The iPhone can read the label and bring up any photos containing that word. This can be really helpful if your products often have labels and you know a few keywords that would be featured in them, such as a brand name.
