Retailer Question:
When I am trying to add a caption to IG Reels (timed text where a different bubble pops up during each transition), it keeps telling me to check my internet connection. I am connected just fine, so not sure why it won’t add captions. This happens on different networks and on mobile data. Driving me crazy.

Hey there! We just made a training video on this for you! You can watch the two-minute training here!
If you’d prefer written instructions:
- Once you’ve filmed/uploaded your Reel, select the text tool. Write all the text you’d like to include on your video.
- Tap on the text bubbles on the bottom to reveal the scrubber at the bottom of the Reel screen. You can drag this scrubber to the length of time you’d like your text to show up on video.
- Repeat with all your text!
