Q: I don’t have a social media manager yet, or I am the social media manager in addition to being the store owner!
A: If you don’t have a social media manager yet, this program provides the tools you need to find, hire and manage your social media manager. This saves you time and helps you find the best person (while keeping them interested and motivated to do a great job). Once you find your social media manager, the first thing they should do is go through Social to Sale which is on your Insider Dashboard.
If you’re the social media manager AND the owner, you can go through the training tracks and learn exactly what you need to know to see results with social media. We do suggest, however, that you hire a social media manager since you’re so busy running a business. Until you get there, you can go through the training with the goal to hire someone to take the social media management off your plate at some point.
Q: What if we’re not using social media yet? Do we need to have social media accounts before we begin Social to Sale?
A: You don't need to have social experience before you begin our program. The best place for you to start your training is with our track, Social Media for Beginners, which is a bonus and available immediately upon enrollment.
