How One Retailer Used Social Media to Build a Multi-Million Dollar Business

Hello from about 35,000 feet!
I’m flying back to southern California after spending a few days at the Toronto Gift Show, where I was teaching retailers how to market online. I had a blast!

I even had a Social Edge member come up to me and share the success she’s been having from what she’s learned inside of Social Edge. It’s awesome to hear my member’s social media success!

In this week’s episode of Crystal Media TV I get pretty excited talking about how one retailer used social media to build her retail business.

There are certainly a lot of things that helped her achieve this success, but social media played a BIG role in it. And the best part? These are all things YOU can (and should) be doing!

What this video to learn more about how you can implement these strategies to build your business in 2015.

Thank you for shining a spotlight on this online store. I am opening up my online retail soon and understand the importance of social media. I am nervous and excited at the same time. I will definitely take notes from the Red Dress Boutique.

Would you put the price when asking if they would buy an item?

Hey Krista! Yes, I’d add the price – help the shopper shop and make it easy for them. If there’s limited quantities, you might want to add “We only have X left, let us know if you’d like us to hold one for you.”
