Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager

Position Summary:

Crystal Media is looking for an experienced, passionate and self-driven person to join their team managing Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns for clients in the independent retail space. You will manage and optimize the client's Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns, as well as offer creative social media posting strategies to help support the client's goals. 

If you have knowledge of Facebook and Instagram Ads, social media marketing, a passion for collaborating with clients on the phone and via email to develop highly effective campaigns, then this might be the position for you!

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a deep understanding of client’s business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies
  • Keep abreast of current events, social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business
  • Successfully complete required training program(s): Crystal Media's Facebook and Instagram Ads Masterclass
  • Day to day management of a client ad accounts, client-related deliverables, and client communication.
  • Create ads including copy and images (the majority of images are provided by the client but some editing is required)
  • Create monthly ad tracking reports and share results with the client in an understandable fashion 

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of social media marketing and local marketing
  • Strong ability to move quickly and adapt
  • Ability to collaborate with the internal team as well as clients via phone or email
  • Demonstrated capacity for original thinking and independent initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Facebook and Instagram Ads
  • Experience with local business marketing
  • Experience with retail marketing
  • Graphic design experience or with photo editing websites such as Canva.com
  • Experience with YouTube Advertising

Position Summary:

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Crystal Media is looking for an experienced, passionate and self-driven person to join their team connecting clients in the independent retail space with our products and services.

If you’re a people person, interested in connecting local mom and pop shops with products to help them market their store then this might be the position for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new client prospects
  • Lead outreach and lead follow up
  • Maintain an understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, connecting them to the right products or services
  • Provide video consultations, giving tips for retailer’s Facebook and Instagram profiles.
  • Travel with the owner to assist with sales at in-person shows
  • Host demonstration webinars
  • Track performance metrics on sales and campaign conversions
  • Take all sales calls during internal launches
  • Manage chat feature on sales pages
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with sales materials (copy and design)
  • Keep abreast of current events, social/digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business  

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and local marketing
  • Patience working with older clients that didn’t grow up with social media
  • Competitive drive
  • Goal-oriented
  • Strong ability to move quickly and adapt
  • Ability to collaborate with the internal team
  • Demonstrated capacity for original thinking and independent initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ontraport.com
  • Experience with Bombbomb.com
  • Professional speaking experience
  • Experience with local small business and retail marketing
  • Experience with managing a table at a conference
  • Experience with hosting webinars, WebinarJams and/or Zoom.com.
