Community-Building Canva Templates to Make Q4 Posting Easier

Nov 13 2023

Q4 is upon us, and traffic is likely ramping up in your store. This means more people shuffling items around, more scheduling, more remerchandising, more restocking, more cleaning, and (hopefully) many more sales! All this to say, business owners generally have a lot less time for marketing their store and for posting on social media. However, this time of year is one of the best to harness the extra traffic you’re receiving, and it’s a great time for community building.

Luckily for you, Crystal Media has a dedicated team of social media experts to strategize and generate content ideas for retailers. Below is a list of Done-For-You Canva templates to use during Q4 to help make social media content creation much easier.

Keep in mind that these community building Canva templates should be customized to match your brand colors and fonts. From there, you can export the template by selecting “Share” on the top right corner, then download the JPEG. You can also share most templates straight from Canva to your favorite social media channels by selecting “Share”, then selecting the social icon you want to post on and following the steps from there.

Template 2 – IG/FB Post: Winter Recommendations In Your Hometown.

Use this Canva Bucket-List Post Template to create a local bucket list of things to do during the winter in your local area. This community building template is great for giving a shout-out to other local businesses and sharing your favorite spots around town to make the season more cheerful! Be sure to read each line item and add in the prompt it needs to make it relevant and local to your city/town. Also rememeber to customize the Canva template to match your brand colors and fonts.

You’ll notice this template has two pages – the second page is meant to have your winter store hours updated in there. This is especially important if you place your store name in one of the bucket-list item prompts.

Template 3 – Royalty Free Meme Template

Use this Canva Post Template, add in your brand colors and fonts, and showcase your store’s excitement for the holiday season! Feel free to make this Facebook and Instagram post a multi-image post/carousel by adding in images of your Thanksgiving decor or Christmas tree items (relevant to the meme) in addition.
