After stores shut down in 2020 due to the pandemic, like multitudes of store owners out there, Michelle’s focus was to try to rapidly grow her online capabilities. In July 2020, she found Crystal Media, and, as an Insider member, started utilizing live videos and implementing other strategies for the next few months.
