As a social media and marketing agency, Crystal Media gets asked A LOT about content for businesses, and we understand why. Coming up with engaging social media post ideas can be difficult, especially if you’re creatively exhausted after a long day. We understand that as a small business owner, social media may not be a top priority for you but that doesn’t mean it isn’t an important tool for growing your business and maintaining an engaged community.
We did something kind of wild. This week, instead of sharing a best practice or a marketing tip, we decided to share content ideas. And no, this isn’t just a few ideas to get you through the week. We wrote out 100 awesome social media ideas for small businesses.
Many of these ideas are categorized below by different industries, but most of them can be customized to your niche. Also, at the very end of the list, we have 30 General Content Ideas for any category of small business.
We’re encouraging you to go through and pick your favorites to start with, then slowly make your way through these content ideas. The key is not to feel overwhelmed, but empowered to create awesome content that can help your business find new customers and retain existing fans.
